We will refund your purchase price if you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days from when your order is marked as delivered by the carrier as long as it is not worn or damaged.

To return your stand for a purchase made in the United States, contact us and we will send you a shipping label to send your stand back. To return a purchase made from outside of the United States you must pay return shipping yourself. You will receive a refund for your purchase amount after your returned item is received.
All Saffene phone stands are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
